I'm not at Church today...
I actually did plan on going, because my daughter was assigned something in the kids meeting. But things turned out in such a way that it was better for me to stay home.
It felt good. They don't need me there, and I don't need them anymore.
I'm smiling!
You will soon get used to it. It's a wonderful feeling. EVERY TIME too. You get a whole new Saturday!

ReplyDeleteNot to make anyone jealous here, but I work a 4 x 10 hour schedule at work, so while I've only experienced a 50% increase in my Saturday's, I'm up to a 3 Saturday's in a row now.
ReplyDeleteNext step is making sure we do something on Sunday - just to avoid any remaining onset of guilt due to missed services!
