OK folks, I've got a question for you, but you have to promise to answer based on what you know, and without checking it out on Google, Wikipedia or another site.
The infamous Boston Tea Party which occurred on December 16, 1773.
Was it the result of:
A) A tax increase
B) A tax cut
I would have gotten in wrong, just in case any of you are worried about being wrong as well.
Trick question -- it was the result of taxation without representation.
ReplyDeleteYes, which was related to the Townshend Act, but the Townshend Act was put in place, mostly in response to the Indemnity Act, from when I originated the question.

American history makes me think of my high school Am. history teacher. *shudder* You don't go into his classroom alone. He likes to stand in your bubble, and ... touch.
